If you have dry skin use Geranium, lavender, German chamomile, Roman Chamomile, clary sage, or myrrh.

Bake your own bread wholemeal bread. 3lbs (1.35kg) wholemeal flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1oz (45g) yeast, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 cups (850ml) tepid water, & 1lb (3x450g) bread tins. Put the flour & salt into a bowl. Make a well in the center. Crumble in the yeast, add the honey, ½ cup (100ml) of water, sprinkle flour over the welll & leave in warm place for 15 minutes. Slowly mix in the rest of the water until you have sticky, but quite firm, dough. Turn out & knead gently for abou 10 minutes until smooth. Put the dogh in a clean bowl, cover, & leave in a warm place until it doubles (about 1 hour). Turn the dough out & divide into three. Shape the dough & place in oiled bread tins. Cover with a cloth & leave for at least 40 minutes until the dough rises above the rim of the tin. Preheat the oven to 435ºF/220ºC. Put the tins in the oven. After 40 minutes, remove. Tip out each loaf. Rap the base of a loaf with your knuckles; if it doesn’t sound hollow, bake it for 10 more minutes without the tin.
